The Mid body section had to be designed to be easily removable for servicing and electronic components had to be custom mounted allow for the narrow width of the build. We would use steel sheet laminated to plywood for the foundation of the Mid body fiberglass section to give it additional strength. It was made to clip in to the top of the frame and mount to the frame with two bolts only. A snug fit was a must.
